Ok I like Martial Arts and want to be fast and accurate as possible, I also like my body to be toned as possible with a great look. I guessing this is possible to have both at same time and I”m sure it will be hell of a lot of work.
My Question is should I do body workouts such as pushups sit ups squats etc and then do streches or do one then the other, like how should I work this out?

I’m looking to get one of my tattoos covered up, but i want to go to a tattoist that has had a fair bit of experience with cover-ups. I’ve visited a few studios around London – but i haven’t been happy with what i’ve seen.

the tattoo is really small and I’m just getting a little touchup. He does free touch-ups. Do I was just wondering if I should tip, and if so how much?
