Ok I like Martial Arts and want to be fast and accurate as possible, I also like my body to be toned as possible with a great look. I guessing this is possible to have both at same time and I”m sure it will be hell of a lot of work.
My Question is should I do body workouts such as pushups sit ups squats etc and then do streches or do one then the other, like how should I work this out?

im a big guy….not fat…but im well built and hard to knock off my feet.
Don’t mean to rag but im physically quite strong too.
Which martial art would beest suited to me? i was thinking judo, since i quite enjoy grappling. What do you think?
I know that you may say you can become good at any art with practice. But it must also be true that practicing a martial art whih is best suited to you will give you a head start.
