Ok I like Martial Arts and want to be fast and accurate as possible, I also like my body to be toned as possible with a great look. I guessing this is possible to have both at same time and I”m sure it will be hell of a lot of work.
My Question is should I do body workouts such as pushups sit ups squats etc and then do streches or do one then the other, like how should I work this out?

so far i know that inner kung fus are good for posture and health, muay thai for density training and strength, ninjutsu for accuracy patience and balance, tai chi for health and balance, are there any others that are better than these for conditioning i would prefer speed health and balance and flexibility training through martial arts and they all do all of these but some are better than others or are there good equipmentless training i can do in my back yard? for flexibility one thing i don’t have is patience like just standing/siting and streching is boring so i need better activities to do that focus on more than one attribute. i have no patience and as a result i accidently get minor injuries so i need like a skilled martial art to learn or yoga or something…
