Im 15 going to be 16 and I want to get my lip pierced. I live in Philly, and I’m trying to find a place that does body piercing for teens. Help?!!

i have been into body art for a few years now and ive had 100s of piercings then just taken them out the next day, but now i want a permanent lip piercing but due to school regulation piercings are not allowed, i have heard of putting fishing wire (line) in piercings and have tried that on my eyebrow and it worked ok, and also where can i buy piercing retainers.?
