I do Muay Thai, and of course it helps to lower fat and have super cardio and strong bones, elasticity, etc.
However I also want a super cool body like the Japanese Masato, is swimming a good cross training to get there?
How many times a week should I do weight lifting?
We do a lot of push ups at the martial arts class, should I do something to compensate my back? (cause push ups just workout the chest).
Any suggested program?

while i agree muay thai is a very good art, i don’t think any one art by itself is as effective as cross training in various forms. hence mma (mixed martial arts)
in my humble opinion the best combo is muay thai and brazilian ju-jitsu
most ufc, pride fighters train in those two as well as boxing and wrestling
