Ok I like Martial Arts and want to be fast and accurate as possible, I also like my body to be toned as possible with a great look. I guessing this is possible to have both at same time and I”m sure it will be hell of a lot of work.
My Question is should I do body workouts such as pushups sit ups squats etc and then do streches or do one then the other, like how should I work this out?

I am a 21 year old female. I have always wanted to learn some type of martial arts but I have no idea what kind. I’m looking for a great workout that will tone my body, but I would also like to be able to advance in whatever kind I take. Any ideas?

the best to get the mind to have full control over the body? And I mean, full control! I know there are many martial arts..when I was younger I did karate….Now I am older and I want to do an art that will allow my mind to have full control over my body
I’m tall and not particularly agile. I’m looking for a martial art that would benefit the fact that I’m usually larger than my opponents. I’m rather skinny, but its not too important as I can add body mass with relative ease. I prefer martial arts that involve striking with my hands, but don’t like that stop you from suggesting good grappling/kicking based forms.
