I’m having the hardest time getting my birth certificate in order to get my ID, and I want a tattoo what does my guardian need to provide in order for me to get it?
my parents and i are in a spat right now so for the past few months i have been living with my sister. she is 18 and i am sixteen. This summer we have a trip planned to go to barceloa, spain this summer and i want her to get a tattoo. will it be possible for her to bring me in to get one? she would probably get one too. Id just like to know if all the legalities would work out?

I am only fifteen and I do not have parental consent for getting a tattoo. I have thought it through and this is really what I want to do. Could I tell the tattoo place that I am 16 or 17, and that my brother (who will actually be my cousin) is my legal guardian and he give me permission?
