my workout consist of power exercise like clean jerk, the snatch
deads bench and squat would training my neck or for arms play a role in mma

I wanted to get a tattoo on my inside upper arm (like Dani on Tila Tequila) and I was wondering if it hurt bad? On a scale of one to ten (ten being the most painful)
