I am 16 and I want to schedule a tattoo appointment for my 18 year old friend, can I do that? What should I say on the phone, or does the person receiving the tattoo have to call?
i have an appointment to get my first tattoo in 2 weeks, i am thinking of getting it on the back of my neck. i am wondering if it hurts really bad? the artist booked me in for 1 and 1/2 hours because he said i would have to take a few breaks. so how bad does it hurt?
