I bought these sleeves to make my Halloween costume and they are perfect!!! They cover up my tattoos nicely and they look real enough that I scared my boss when I tried them on at work. I read reviews for other products like this and sizing seemed to be an issue with most. These fit me great; they go from my wrist to right below my shoulder (armpit) and they are stretchy, just like panty hose. I’m 5′6 and athletic built, so I can tell you for sure that they will fit an average size female.

Just received my Psycho tattoo sleeves. I’m about 6′3″ and they are plenty long. They fit easily on and will be a ton of fun for a party. Easy, tinely shipping. Very pleased.

The best way is to get an apprenticeship from a knowledgeable body piercer. Many of the online programs are just people trying to get as much money as possible for a little bit of (usually bad) info.

Getting an apprenticeship can be hard. Most reputable piercers will not just give an apprenticeship to the first person that comes along. You will need to prove that you are a hard worker and willing to learn to do things the right way. It may take longer but it is worth it to make sure you learn to do things correctly so your future clients are safe. To be the best, you need to learn from the best. Good Luck.

i think it’s like tattooing you would have to go in the shop with experience and let them know what you’ve done and maybe show some pictures.. then you would probably be an apprentice for a while just cleaning up and setting up and sterilizing and helping customers.

It’s probably best to go around some piercing shops and tell them you would like to become a body piercer and see if they will help you out. I know some people who have done that and the piercer has let them help out and also taught them how to do piercings.

face it: what is the public perception of sleeved biker tacks? What does it instill in folks for the most past? Tough guy. But wait, upon closer inspection you will be revealed as a punk ass poser wanna be and no product is worth that dis to your street creds. Aight? I would not recommend this product for my friends but yes, it does suit my enemies quite well.

I think hmm … Well I guess it just all comes to the reasoning and mind set for me.

Body Mutilation is done to hurt yourself to inflict pain and hurt, your coming from a negative place and mind set. It’s a way to express and release negative emotions.

Body Modification is done to improve or express yourself in a positive way. Most people feel better about themselves after a body mod.

It’s kinda hard to explain but i’ve had a self mutilation issue in the past ( no longer ) and i’ve also had a couple different Body Mods done. And I can tell you that the feeling after I got say a new piercing or whatever is a happy confidant feeling … Where as the feeling after I did those other negative things was not at all.

So like I would consider getting branded or scarification at a tattoo shop modifications and say cutting yourself with a razor in your room mutilation.

It all comes back to the reason you do what your doing and how you feel after. That’s just what they mean to me.

i’m a piercer and body mod artist. i consider liposuction and nose jobs to be quite mutilating. there are a lot of people out there that have really been mutilated by surgeons.
but, mutilation would be like cutting yourself to inflict pain. modification is done to enhance your appearance. there is a difference, but mainstream doesn’t know where the line is

Body Mutilation- When you hurt yourself, causing to disfigure your body in some way, either accidentally or purposely.

Body modification- Changing your body in a way to either improve or decline your overall appearance. Some examples:
Tattoos
Piercings
Hair coloring
Weight loss/Gain
Plastic surgery

Up until now I’d been using two tools to maintain my piercing – cotton buds, and a medicated lubricating gel that did a good job but left behind a flakey residue when it dried. Also I travel a lot, and in my toilet bag my cotton buds invariably get fluffy. Dr Piercing’s Aftercare is super handy, with it’s own little carry box (so my buds don’t fluff), and the medication in the swabs keeps my piercing in good condition without leaving behind any residue. It also means I only need to take one product around with me when I travel, which is great, and the medicated-bud thing means its less messy than using a gel-based product.The only negative is that if you’re someone fairly active, 36 swabs per pack won’t get you very far. I gym regularly so often swab twice a day, which means I get through a pack quite quickly.

To a degree the difference is relative. Chopping off an ear is obviously mutilation, but removing an extra finger, or an unwanted mole could be considered a modification. When it comes to plastic surgery or other procedures such as tattoos or piercings, one person might consider it mutilation while others might call it modification in the name of art.

these things are great. they are so much easier to use than having to try to wash a piercing with soap and water like most piercers tell you to. you get the same results in my opinion, except these are a million times more convenient. they are great if you travel or are spending the night somewhere too cause they are everything you need in one little swab. it takes less than a minute to do, which is good if you are really tired one night and just want to go to bed, or if you are rushing around in the morning.

definitely recommend to anyone.

ive been using them on my new nose piercing and just ran out, so im buying another pack!

it is not as bad as u would think i had mine done a bout 9 years a go the only thing is u will not be a ble to eat for a couple of days and no hot drink u look after it by washing your mouth with a good brand mouth wash but it is ok u get alot of attention by it though depending who u r talking to
