I have an appointment first thing tomorrow to have my tattoo finished off but today I got a light sunburn. What’s the worst thing that could happen if I go ahead with it?

hmm well dont not go to the appointment as there nothing more anyoing for a tattooist the when someone dont turn up coz it there time and skill that has been wasted
er speck to who ever is tattooing u eg tell them u have sun burn ,
and just a word of advise next time ur off out in the sun put on some sun block as the suns rays even if u dont get burned are not really good for tattoos it makes them fade faster
the things that could happen are its gunna hurt i guess seeing as the skin is going to be sore from the sun burn or u could go in and the tattooist may ask u to come back once ur sun burn has gone as im sure ur tattooist wants ur sitting to be as comfy as possable
there are times when tattooist dont like to tattoo over things as it can be abit more painful eg tattooing over scar which dues hurt just abit more then a normal tattoo sitting i know this from havind had tatoos over scars
the best advise i can give is talk to ur tattooist
all in all good luck with ur tattoo

Your skin could react badly to the ink and infection could set in. But usually anti-biotics can cure most infections these days. The chances of you dieing are really remote and the deaths that do happen are usually the result of the tattoo artist using the wrong ink rather than the sunburn.
    Good luck.

If it’s a real light sunburn, the worst that can happen is it’s gonna hurt more when they start drillin’ on ya. If it’s more than really light, reschedule.

you could have allergic reaction to the ink, its rare, but it does happens from time to time.
