I already know the usual aftercare information from a back piece I have, but can anyone give me any insight to the healing of thigh tattoos? I’m kind of concerned about the constant pants-on-fresh-ink contact.

Yesterday I got my second navel piercing (bottom).

Usually the place I go to always hands out free soap and salt solution bottles for aftercare but they don’t give those out anymore, so I was just wondering if the foaming Dial antibacterial hand soap would be okay to use to gently clean around the area?

That’s all I could get from the Commissary that didn’t have fragrance or moisturizers in it.
I currently live in Germany. The only places I have to shop at are the BX and Commissary – not much choice there.
